Monitoring -
We experienced a temporary service disruption due to our AWS RDS instance running out of available connections, due to increase in traffic. This resulted in intermittent failures and slowness for application components that rely on the database.
The issue has now been resolved by scaling up the database. All services are operating normally.
We are continuing to monitor the system to ensure stability.
